The end of online bullies?

The government pplan to force websites to identify online bullies (trolls). It wants victims to identify horrible or hateful messages on social networking sites like acebook and Twitter.
At the moment it can take months and years of court cases to access this info but they want immediate access.

Last week a woman from Brighton won a court order forcing Facebook to tell her the identities of people who abused her on the site. A survey in February stated that more than 1 in 4 secondary school students had been victims of cyberbullying.
Celebrities such as Cher Lloyd and Rebecca Adlington have also been victims of trolls.
