Today the girls from the trampolining club, went to a trampolining competition at St Pieus school.
For the past 8-10 weeks or so, we have been practising all of our routines. We all hoped that everything was going to go well. There was no need to worry as when we arrived there it was well worth it as everyone did a fantastic job!
At the event there was around 5-6 different schools taking part! There was levels 1,2 and 3, and depending on which one you was better at, that is the routine you did for the judges to see. Throughout the competition the judges called out a school at an age group to come and do their rountines while the other schools practised on other trampolines.
In the end we all gathered and sat down together and our school won 2 awards! Our level 2 group came 3rd place and one of our level 3 groups got through the semi finals some time after Christmas.
Overall we all had an amazing evening, and we took some group photos at the end of the event! A good experience for us all to remember!
