South African star Oscar Pistorius has lost his 200m
title, in the biggest shock of the Paralympics so far.
The 'Blade Runner' was beaten by Brazil's Alan Oliveira, who stormed past the favourite in the last 20 metres of the race.
Afterwards, Pistorius questioned whether his rival's prosthetic legs were too long and gave him an unfair advantage.
"We are not running in a fair race here," Pistorius told Channel 4.
"I don't know how you can come
back, watching the replay, from eight metres behind on the 100 to win. It's
absolutely ridiculous."
He's now apologised for the
timing of his remarks.
Paralympic bosses said that
Oliveira's legs were within the rules.
