Gaga came 14th, beating the Queen by 12 places. The list is made every year based on how much money, power and influence they have. Angela Merkel, Chancellor of Germany, took the top spot for the second year in a row. There was only two women from the UK in the list, Harry Potter, author JK Rowling and Her Majesty.
