Mars Rover Finds Evidence Of Water

Nasa's mars rover 'Curiosity' has recently discovered evidence of a stream on Mars after finding steam bed gravel on the planet for the first time. Previously scientists had found other evidence that water could have been on Mars, but steam bed gravel has never before been discovered on Mars.

These pictures prove that 'Curiosity' revealed and show that the pebbles on mars were cemented into the layers of rock. The evidence has been found at the base of Mount Sharp, where Curiosity is currently exploring. The shape and size of the rocks indicate an idea of the speed and depth of the stream. The ancient streams depth is believed to be as deep as your ankle. Scientists have discovered that the water couldn't be travelled by wind, so it had to have travelled by water flow.
