I think that it was pretty clear who was going to snatch a win here tonight. Just 19 minutes into the game Podolski put Germany into the lead. Denmark wouldn't give up that easily, Krohn-Dehli equalised in the 24th minute. But the Germans had a fantastic come back, 80 minutes into the game Bender scored another one; putting Germany through to the quarter finals alongside Portugal.
There were no yellow cards for either team.
