Apple and Samsung have been arguing and trying to score points off each other by making better devices than each other. Apple recently have sent Samsung into court again because they are claiming that Samsung copied the Ipad with the Samsung Galaxy Tab and the judge said that Apple need to prove the validity if it wants to stop Samsung selling the Galaxy Tab but Samsung are saying that Apple shouldn't be able to use 3G mobile technology patented by Samsung because Apple apparantly did not have the licence to use this product.
