People say that we are anti - social by online gaming or facebook and twitter.
The fact is that maybe we ARE being social, by talking to our mates that are on holiday or family that is away from us. Sometimes, people chill by watching T.V or going on the Internet. But, the maximum of time recomended is 1 - 2 hours a day.
