Here are a few facts and figures in commemoration...
- The Queen is the second longest serving monarch, after Queen Victoria who reigned for 62 years!
- During the last the last 60 years the Queen has undertaken 261 official overseas visits to 116 different country's!
- During these visits she has received some unusual presents such as; two tortoises from the Seychelles, a seven year old bull elephant called Jumbo from the president of Cameroon and two black beavers from Canada!
- She has been in 129 official portraits!
- Her majesty is on facebook, has her own website, a You Tube channel and a twitter account!
- Queen Elisabeth the second will be the oldest Queen to celebrate the Diamond Jubilee!
