Beyoncé was born on September
the 4th 1981; she is an American singer, songwriter, record producer
and actress. Born and raised in Houston, Texas, she enrolled in various
performing arts schools and was first exposed to singing and dancing
competitions as a child. Knowles rose to fame in the late 1990s as the lead
singer of the R&B girl group Destiny's Child, one of the world's best-selling
girl groups of all time.

Beyoncé has been announced as one of the voice talents for the new 3D CGI film
Epic.
Beyoncé will provide the voice over for Queen Tara, in the new fairy
tale, which is set deep in an enchanted forest. Sound good? Wait and see!
Lots of other famous faces also joined Beyoncé including
Josh Hutcherson, Amanda Seyfried, Colin Farrell and rapper Pitbull.
The film, Epic, won’t be released until 2013 but is being
made by Blue Sky Studios, the talented team behind Ice Age and Rio!
