New Judge On Got To Dance!

Got to Dance is a reality talent show dance competition that has been broadcast on Sky1 in the United Kingdom and Ireland since the 20th of December 2009. Auditions for the show take place in some specially built Dance Domes and the show welcomes dance acts of any age, style or size.

Last year on Got To Dance was the final series that Adam Garcia would be a judge on the panel. Adam was born on the 1st of June1973 and he is an Australian actor and tap dancer. Adam had been a fantastic judge and inspired a lot of people, but he also made good friends with Ashley (a judge on the panel). When the public heard that Adam would be leaving Got To Dance for good, quite a lot of people were very disappointed and some even said that they would refuse to watch Got To Dance now that he had left as he was a very professional and talented dancer and shouldn’t have to leave.

He is also the leader of the famous street dance group, ‘Diversity’, who as a group won the third series of Britain’s Got Talent. Kimberley Wyatt was born on the 4th of February 1982 and she is an American showgirl, song-writer, dancer, model, actress and choreographer. Ashley and Kimberly remain judges on the 2013 series of Got To Dance, but because Adam had sadly left, there had to be a new judge to join the panel of judges…

Well I can tell you that the new judge of Got To Dance 2013 and who will hopefully staying as a judge for many years to come is… Our very own, Aston Merrygold! Aston was born on the 13th of February 1988 and he is a British singer with the famous boy band group: ‘JLS’. Aston will be officially joining Ashley and Kimberly on the judges panel and I am sure we all can’t wait to see the new series coming to our screens on Saturday the 12th of January 2013 on Sky1. Be sure not to miss it!
